Job description

Join a dynamic, committed, and cohesive team at the heart of a growing company. You will participate in various field projects focused on restoring natural environments and protecting the ecosystem. The Environment team often collaborates with the Civil Engineering team on large-scale mixed projects.

Main duties:

  • Participate in restoring a variety of natural environments.
  • Plant native species suited to the ecosystems.
  • Maintain planting areas and ensure their proper development.
  • Carry out riparian stabilization work using ecological engineering techniques.
  • Create habitats conducive to local wildlife.
  • Contribute to controlling invasive exotic plant species.

Desired profile:

  • Strong interest in the environment, ecosystems, and fieldwork.
  • Experience or training in horticulture, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Good physical condition and team spirit.
  • Ability to travel to various worksites in the Greater Montreal area (an asset).

  • Starting wage of $25/hour, with increases based on experience and performance.
  • Full-time hours: 40 to 45 hours per week, from mid-April to late November.
